Jeffrey Bassett, M.D.
Dr. Bassett did his undergraduate work at the University of California, San Diego, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine where he was named to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed urologic residency training at the University of California, Los Angeles, during which he obtained his masters in public health.
After residency, Dr. Bassett completed a two-year Urologic Oncology fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. His research in improving outcomes for urologic cancer patients has been supported by UCLA’s Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center and California’s Tobacco-Related Disease Research Program.
Dr. Bassett specializes in providing advanced surgical options for cancers of the urinary tract including bladder, kidney, prostate, and testicular cancer. He is dedicated to providing personalized, comprehensive and compassionate cancer care to each of his patients.
